3. Do not Offend, Harass, or Cause Contention with Channel Users, Helpers, Trainees, Ops, or Bots! Always show Respect.
4. No Swearing!! - Even if masked! (Alternate Spellings, Abbreviations like WTH, or Replacing Letters with Symbols like ** or -- is STILL swearing!) No Vulgar or Offensive Chat, in any Language!
5. No Repeating!!! No sending the Same Text or Data TWICE in a Row!! (Two Identical Lines is a Repeat; Three is a Flood!) (Absolutely NO Timers! - They repeat every 'X' seconds/minutes/hours.)
6. No Flooding in any manner, be it: Public, Action, Notice, Ping, CTCP, Invite, Join/Part, DCC, Nick-change, Colors, ASCII Art, etc!! NEVER Type Garbage/Gibberish/Random Characters!! (3 Consecutive Repeats is also Considered a Flood.)
7. No Force Floods!! (This includes: No Surveys, Polling, "Everyone type 9 if you.....", General A/S/L Requests, etc!) (They are Disruptive to the Channel - Some may be Temporarily Approved by Channel RA's) - A Force Flood is telling Everyone to Type/press 'something' in reply.
8. No Self-Ads (age/sex/location) on the Channel unless someone Specifically Asks You, by Name, to Share it. No General Public ASL Requests. (You may post a General a/s/l once a day upon entrance.)
9. No Photo/WebCam Trade Requests, Offers, or Announcements in Public - No Impersonal General Requests to Show or View Photos/WebCams. (Directly asking Individuals by name is fine.) (View and Add Photos at the Official #Teens Gallery - http://Teens.Kociaa.com/gallery)
10. No Spamming/Advertisements (in public or private), including: phone numbers/emails/webpages such as Friendster, Outwar, any Money-Making Schemes or Scam sites!! (Regular channel users' Personal webpages are Allowed. Others may be cleared by the RA Op on duty.)
11. No Inviting/Soliciting to other Channels (in public or private)!! (Do NOT say /join #my_channel!!) No Inviting to Chat Services such as: other IRC/Chat Networks/Servers, Instant Messengers (MSN/AIM/Yahoo/ICQ), email, etc.
12. No Msg_me, dcc_me, message_me, pm_me, contact_me, ctc, or any other Desperate Begging for Chat on the Channel unless you are Specifically Asking someone by Name. (Don't Beg or Request Chat; Just Chat!)
13. No Yelling!! No excessive use of CAPS; No 'ALL CAPS' lines! (Yelling on IRC is considered very rude; Capitals in Proper Sentences or used as Friendly Emphasis/Excitement is alright.)
14. English is the Official Channel Language; Most users are from English-speaking countries. This means that you may NOT Speak Another Language unless a Channel Op Knows the Language and Desires to Translate! (Speak English so everyone understands.)
15. No IDLING! Stalking will NOT be Tolerated! (You are expected to chat/participate. You may be IDLE Kicked, unless you are an RA or other Channel OP with Prior Authorization!)
16. No Colors!!! Colors are NOT allowed on this Channel! (Official Channel Bots and Approved OPs may use them for Official Channel Business/Announcements!)
17. No Control Characters such as Bold, Underline, Highlight/Reverse, or codes! (Official Channel Bots and Approved Ops may use ANY of these for Official Channel Business/Announcements.)
18. No Notice Commands (/notice #Teens) on the Channel, or to private our users. (Use of Notice is Reserved for Official Channel Bots Only!)
19. No Illegal / Unapproved Scripts!!! Scripts may NOT have Public Commands (!commands), or Autoresponses such as: Autogreets, Autoping or seen commands. No Scripts that use Colors, Swearing, Advertises itself, or has Long or Noisy Away/Back/Part/Signoff Messages.
20. No Illegal Signoff/Part Messages!! They may include words, but No Colors, No Swearing, No Porn-Sites, No Money-Making Schemes, No Spam, No Advertising what script you are using, No Long Messages! (Violators May be PermBanned.)
21. No MP3s/MIDIs/Wavs!! They are not allowed on the Channel at all. (Most users cannot hear the sounds anyway.) No Displaying what you are Listening to, such as: WinAmp MP3 plugins/Scripts.
22. No Lame Nicks - All Nicks are to be Based on Words that we can Pronounce. (You may use Legal Characters: ` ' ^ - _ but may NOT use: [ ] { } / | \ (SEE the difference?!!) Also No 69/420/666) No Lewd, Offensive, Violent, Terrorist, Web-'Cam', Gay/Les/Bi, or Sex-type Nicks!!
23. No Lame Channels. It is Forbidden for any User/Helper/Trainee/Op/Bot of the Channel to be On or Associated with Sex-Related, Drug, Dirty, Gay, Racist, Violent, or 'Blacklist' Channels!! (Permbans may Result!)
24. No NetSex/Cybersex/Porn!! No Vulgar Sexual Chat, Sexual Harassment, or Asking for Sex!! No Acting Perverted, Desperate, or Deviant!! No Predators EVER!! No Sex-type Nicks or being on Sex-Related Channels!
25. This Channel does NOT Support, Condone, NOR Permit any Gay or Lesbian Chat/Activities. (No Encouraging or Promoting Homosexual Chat/Lifestyles, No Gay/Les/Bi Nicks, or using related channels.) - Please Keep this Chat to Yourself! (Unwelcome same-sex advances may be Reported to the Ops for Termination!)
26. No Excessive Violence - Actions or Threats. No Graphic, Morbid or Offensive Violence.
27. No Trout Slaps!! (or other variations either!) (These are Lame - Actually all Slapping is Rude.)
28. No Racial Slurs, Insults, Attacks, or Put-Downs! No Rude or Racial Comments or Jokes at another's Expense! (Racial Intolerance Offenders may be Banned) - Every Person is Welcome to Chat on #Teens - Respect Other Races, Countries, and Cultures!
29. No Political Fighting! (Our Channel Maintains a Freedom of Political Views - Please Show Respect to all other's Political views) - Political Discussions are always welcome. (However, this channel does NOT Support nor Condone Fascism or Dictatorships ever!)
30. No Religious Fighting! (Our Channel Maintains a Freedom of Religion Policy - Please Show Respect to all others' Religious Preferences and Beliefs) - Religion Discussions are always Welcome. (Satanism and Religious Extremists/Militants/Terrorists are Banned!!)
31. No Illegal Substance Abuse such as: Smoking/Tobacco, Alcohol, or Narcotics; No Unhealthy Addictive Substances including: Coffee or Tea! (Caffeine is also Discouraged.) No Chat which Promotes or Encourages these Banned Activities/Substances on our Clean Channel!! (Herbal Tea, Chocolate, and SodaPop are okay.)
32. No Warez!! No Requests/Offers/Searches for Copyrighted, Classified, Private, or Proprietary material such as mp3s, movies, personal photos & chat logs! Unauthorized fserve's are Banned! (Discussion of Peer-to-peer Technology, and Private Exchanges of Legal material, is fine.)
33. No Distributing/Sending Viruses, Trojans, Worms, or any other Malware!!!! You may be infected by 'DCC-Sends'/'Private-Messages'/Porn-sites. (If you receive a Virus Warning/Kick/Ban, please join #vh #dmsetup or #nohack immediately for Virus Removal Help, because most people do not know they are infected.)
34. No Telling Others to Type ALT-F4, /signoff /part /quit /exit, or other things that are Harmful to Them, their Computers, or their Connection!
35. No Ban Evasion - Banned users who change nick, username, hostname, or domain to re-enter the Channel may be PERMBANED on ALL their Current and Future Accounts without further Reason. (Non-Evading, Banned users should Learn the Rules and Ask an Op what they must do to Return to Chat.)
36. No Unauthorized Bots on the channel. (Only Official Channel Bots are Allowed - 12t Administration may Temporarily Approve other Bots.)
37. No Bot-Abuse. Use /msg Commands (where Available - Ask Ops). Do ONLY necessary Commands! Do not Disrupt the Flow of Chat. (No Abusing Bot Commands like: `ping `seen `r `stat `quote `top10 or Temple Replies.) (Public Commands Are Owner's privilege.)

45. No one is allowed to Organize or Claim Authority for any Channel Activity, Resource, or Affiliated Event without Prior Approval of the Channel Manager/Owner/President (1p).
46. You are held Responsible for Everything your Account does! (So do NOT allow anyone to use or gain access to your computer, email, Internet account, userhost, or X-Username/Password!)
